1. Giveaway Dates

The Gift-Away runs from 12:00 AM Central Time on December 18, 2024, to 11:59 PM Central Time on June 30, 2025.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are 18 years or older (19+ in AL/NE, 21+ in MS). Void where prohibited.

3. How to Enter

There are a couple ways to enter:

Automatic Entry: Do "HOW TO GAIN ENTRIES" + "ENTRY BELOW" by June 30, 2025.

Mail-In Entry: Write your full name, address, email, and phone number on a postcard and mail it to: HomeIsWithUs Gift-Away, [2501 Chestnut St, STE 2, Aliquippa, PA 15001]. Must be postmarked by June 30, 2025.

Limit one (1) mail in entry per person. Duplicated entries will result in disqualification.

4. Prizes

Thirty (30) winners will each receive a prize valued at less than $600. Prizes will be selected and Thirty (30) winners will be randomly gifted throughout the Gift-Away may include gift cards, merchandise, or other items. Total value of each of the gifts do not exceed $600. [Total 60]

5. Winner Selection

Throughout the Gift-Away 30 winners will be selected randomly when the "SUB GOALS" above are met. Another 30 winners will be selected randomly on or about July 6, 2025, and notified via platform/email. Winners must respond within five (5) days to claim their prize. If unclaimed, an alternate random winner will be chosen.

6. General Terms

By entering, participants agree to:

Being Kind, Having Fun and Avoiding Harsh Language.

Abide by these rules and the Sponsor’s decisions.

Allow use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Hold Sponsor harmless from any claims or damages related to participation, videos or prizes.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected is solely for this Gift-Away and will not be shared or used for other purposes.
